At REDECO Vietnam, monitoring and evaluation systems are implemented in each department to comply with quality assurance procedures. Quality is assured with a manufacturing and testing process that includes quality control at every step. From design to final assembly and testing, each finished part is thoroughly inspected by engineers who are personally responsible for the quality of the final product.
Quality Control will divided into three stages based on the production process, including input quality control (PQC), production process quality control (PQC), and output quality control (OQC). Each stage will have a staff in charge.
In 2022, REDECO Vietnam Industrial Solutions JSC was granted a quality management system certificate according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

At the REDECO production line, we will assemble all the parts into the mold and perform a thorough inspection before handing over the final mold to the testing department and delivering the product to the customer!
